President & CEO  To Open Second Office in Taipei, Taiwan

“We (Ogoki Learning) have always been on the cutting edge of innovation in North America. Our Ojibway App is leading the way in Native American Language Revitalization. It’s a perfect time to expand our Language Learning Tools globally.”  – Darrick Baxter, President & CEO, Ogoki Learning Inc.

Southeast Asia is an emerging market for App Development and leads the way in Mobile device usage.  The Asian users are ahead of North America in usage, knowledge & Understanding and device tooling and manufacturing.

Why Open a New Office?

Its time to expand our services beyond just North America into Asia and Europe. This is part of an agressive move by our still young startup company headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba to enter into an advanced market of users and language learners. The next two years will test our global understanding and build a better company moving into the future landscape of mobile computing.

Is there a Major Risk to Opening a New Office?

Yes, the risk is great when you consider the environment for education, user acquisition and cultural differences among other major factors.  The expectations couldn’t be higher for Ogoki Learning Inc.
